All orders placed on ortoris.com are carefully packed in protective eco-friendly packaging and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) from our warehouse facility in Surat, Gujarat.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with premier express courier networks (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) to ensure swift delivery:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote / Northeast / J&K regions: 5 to 8 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on eligible promotional thresholds or flat standard shipping calculated dynamically at checkout.
• All shipping charges are shown transparently at checkout before you proceed to payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your Tracking Number (AWB) and a live tracking URL. You can also view your live order tracking from your Account Dashboard.
